Your life is like a torch. Use it well and light up the darkness around you. Give hope and nurturance to those in need. Allow others to know your sadness and trials also, so they may contribute to you. Your children need to know your frailties, that you humbly accept that, so they may learn to accept theirs likewise. See the Film: "I never Sang for My Fathe"; dramatically shows the importance of kindness and compassion with children, no matter what age. Children need to know that kind of love.
